BlocCore · turnkey prop infrastructure

A crypto prop firm,
infrastructure and identity, from one vendor.

BlocCore

Evaluation, server-enforced risk, copy-on-pass and payouts — built on BlocConnect's tested execution economics. Sold to firms, never the firm. Non-custodial: the platform enforces risk and tracks evaluations; the firm holds the capital and the regulated relationship.

trader trades the demo venue passes the evaluation, account turns funded fills copied to the company account, real fees + slippage profit split paid out · firm edge surfaced live
The model — always-demo, copy-on-pass
01 EVALUATE

Trade the demo

Traders only ever trade the demo venue, running one or two simulated evaluation phases against the firm's rules. Breaches lock the account in real time.

02 FUND

Pass, become funded

On pass the account turns funded — still demo, now copy-eligible. Funded accounts still breach, protecting firm capital.

03 COPY

Mirror to the firm

The funded trader's fills mirror to the firm's single company account at a per-account allocation, paying real fees and slippage on a live book.

04 PAY OUT

Split the profit

The trader withdraws their profit split on the program's cadence, gated by KYC. The console surfaces all of it.

Firm edge = challenge fees + company real P&L − trader payouts. Eleven tested BlocConnect components are reused underneath; the Platform tab lists what's built, Turnkey covers the firm built around it.

The model The trader never touches firm capital. They trade the demo, pass the evaluation, and only then are their fills copied to the firm's company account — where the real money trades. Two results per fill: the trader's simulated P&L pays the split; the company's real P&L is the firm's.

The product — real screens from the running build

Not mockups. BlocConnect's live execution terminal, plus the BlocCore trader dashboard and firm console, captured from the running build. In an engagement, each carries your brand and colours.

What's built — 73 tests, 27-check end-to-end smoke, all green

The infrastructure, in nine parts. Each reuses BlocConnect's tested logic where it exists; nothing here is unproven.

01

Firm tenancy & isolation

Firm → Trader → Account hierarchy. A FirmScope boundary makes cross-firm reads and writes structurally impossible, re-verified by the deploy guard on every release. API-key partner API plus Google sign-in for the console.

02

Evaluation engine

Configurable programs: profit target, max daily loss, max or trailing drawdown, min trading days, per-trade risk cap, profit split. Breach automation locks in real time. Phases auto-advance: Challenge → Verification → Funded.

03

Execution

An order gate rejects over-risk orders and any order on a locked account. The paper venue charges taker fee plus adverse slippage on market, maker on limit — parity-tested against BlocConnect. Live auto-mark; nonce idempotency stops double-counts.

04

Position & pyramid layers

BlocConnect's identity, ported intact: a per-position TP ladder in R or price, breakeven, trailing stop, hard stop. Pyramid layers hold many independent positions per asset, each its own R, auto-named L1, L2, … and netted by the account.

05

Dual ledger & the copier

Every closed trade carries two numbers: the trader's simulated P&L — the payout basis — and the firm's real P&L. A funded trader's fills mirror to the company account at a per-account allocation, with real fees and slippage. The spread is the firm's edge.

06

Payouts

Entitlement = profit split × funded profit, tracking paid-out so only new profit is claimable. Cadence per program: monthly or biweekly (biweekly billed +10% per account). Request → approve, gated on funded, in-window, KYC and positive claimable.

07

KYC

Per-trader identity status, available from account creation and required before withdrawal. Privacy-minimized — status, stated name and country, and an opaque vendor reference only; documents stay with the verification partner.

08

Billing the firm

A per-firm negotiated rate sheet — one-time setup fee, monthly platform fee, per-account fee — billed in crypto through the tested BTCPay integration (HMAC, re-read settle). Usage metered as accounts are created.

09

Surfaces

A firm console (dark risk terminal) for programs, traders, live evaluation, economics, payouts, KYC and billing. A trader dashboard in warm paper. A trader terminal with layers — plus a no-server offline demo.

How it fits — drawn
Pyramid layers One asset, several independent positions — each its own entry, stop and R-multiple targets. The account nets them. Scaling in and managing risk per leg, not per symbol.
The dual ledger Every closed trade is written twice: the trader's simulated P&L — the payout basis — and the firm's real P&L via the copier. The spread, plus fees, minus payouts, is the firm's edge.
Firm isolation — FirmScope Each firm's traders, accounts and economics sit behind a scope boundary. Cross-firm reads and writes are structurally impossible — re-verified by the deploy guard on every release.
Turnkey — the firm, built around the rails

BlocCore is the infrastructure. The rest of the firm can be built on it, in one engagement. A proprietary trading firm is a name, a brand, a marketing site and a set of trading surfaces sitting on infrastructure. We can supply all of it, delivered as a working firm rather than a kit.

01

Identity

Name, mark, palette and type — the austere Bloc grammar applied to your firm, or an identity built from scratch. One coherent system, the same on every surface a trader and a regulator will see.

02

Marketing site

A landing site, challenge pages and terms in your brand — built the way this page is: restrained, fast, content first. No template, no theme; the same grammar, recoloured to you.

03

Trading surfaces

The trader dashboard and trading terminal in your colours — the tested execution interface, rebadged, not rebuilt. Risk-based sizing, R-exits, trailing stops and pyramid layers, carrying your name.

04

Console & operations

The firm console, the guarded deploy pipeline, monitoring and the runbook, stood up on your domain. Configured and operated — delivered running, not handed over as source.

You bring the capital and the regulated relationship. We provide everything the trader sees and everything that runs beneath it — one vendor, one design language, one deployment. The infrastructure is the product; the firm around it is the service.

On the roadmap — to be best in the lane
Gate · before real capital

Remove the single point of failure

Redundant app instances behind a load balancer with auto-replace, replicated managed Postgres, automated backups with tested restore, Alembic migrations, a public status page and a conservative SLA with credits.

Make the loop real

Live execution-feed connector

BlocConnect pushes each layer fill into BlocCore so real trading drives the evaluation, not manual entry. Plus a hosted KYC vendor (Sumsub / Onfido) and a non-custodial payout provider — the firm authorizes, the provider sends.

Growth surface

Storefront, checkout, analytics

A public challenge storefront where traders browse and buy a challenge — the firm's own payments, coupons and affiliates. Trader analytics (equity curve, R-distribution, win-rate, deflated Sharpe) reuse the SDK metrics. Leaderboards, certificates, referrals.

Richer rules

What serious firms ask for

Consistency rule, news-trading lockout, weekend and overnight holding limits, max lot and max open risk, inactivity rule, scaling plans. Instant funding and add-ons (higher leverage, no min days, EA-allowed) as priced toggles.

Trust & operations

Role-based admins, audit, SOC 2

Role-based firm admins with a full audit log, encrypted secrets and key rotation, firm analytics (pass / breach rates, payout ratios, cohort economics) and a risk monitor that flags martingale, grid and copy-trading abuse.

Reach

Multi-venue, multi-asset

Beyond crypto — the architecture is venue-pluggable. Add venues and asset classes without re-deriving the risk and evaluation engine.

The moat

BlocCore is already crypto-native, non-custodial, real-exchange execution with server-enforced risk and a transparent dual ledger — the things forex-first incumbents bolt on poorly. Best-in-industry is doubling down on these: provable execution fidelity, the cleanest risk and evaluation engine, and radical transparency of firm economics. Not matching every feature — owning the crypto-prop lane.
